Born in Curitiba on June 10, 1999, Bento is a Brazilian professional goalkeeper playing for Al-Nassr and the Brazil National Team.
Developed at Athletico Paranaense from the age of 10, he made his professional debut in the 2020 Copa Libertadores against River Plate. After surpassing 100 appearances, Bento joined Al-Nassr in July 2024 — one of the most significant goalkeeper transfers in Brazilian football history.
His senior national team debut came on March 23, 2024, in Brazil's 1–0 victory over England at Wembley Stadium. He was also named in Brazil's squad for the 2024 Copa América.
